ONE BT Consulting Pty Ltd is an Australian arm of the ONE Business & Technology group, founded to bring hands-on consulting expertise to organisations across Australia. We specialise in two core areas: Project & Program Management and AI & Data Services.
We are not a body shop and we are not a systems integrator. We are experienced consultants who work alongside your team — providing the strategy, the design, the planning and the management to ensure your initiatives are delivered successfully. Whether it is a data platform migration, an AI proof-of-concept or a large-scale program turnaround, we embed in your team and stay until the job is done.

Our Team
ONE BT is led by a group of senior consultants who chose to work differently. We came together because we share the same belief: the best outcomes are achieved when experienced people work directly with clients — not from the sidelines, and not through layers of juniors.
Our team brings deep experience across project and program management, data and AI strategy, financial leadership and digital transformation — gained across Europe, Asia and Australia. We have held senior roles at consulting firms, led finance and operations for international businesses, and managed complex delivery programs from the inside.
